The Data Recorder
The data recorder saves a copy of any data connected to the input parameter whenever it detects a change in this input. This new data is stored in a list together with all other recorded data. You can set a limit to the total number of items stored in the recorder by right-clicking on the component and changing the Record Limit option. Click the cross to delete any data stored in the component. Click the red light to toggle recording on and off.
Connecting a point input to the data recorder will store the position of any changes made to this point in the recorder. By referencing a point from Rhino, we can then move this point in our rhino document and the recorder will store copies of all previous positions.
Connecting the recorder to a polyline component will interpolate a polyline through all points.
Transform a point using one of the Fologram Tracking components (e.g. Track Clicks) and use this as the input to the data recorder to build mixed reality drawing applications!
