Issue: When trying to connect a second device, my HoloLens never gets past 'Locating Holograms: Excellent'.
Cause: Too much anchor data (from very large spatial meshes)
Solution: Clear spatial mesh data on all devices connecting to the shared experience and reconnect.
Issue: After connecting a second device, my HoloLens tells me to 'Walk and look around the room'.
Cause: Not enough shared anchor points to sync (from very small spatial meshes or different spatial mesh data).
Solution: If you are in a small space, try to avoid moving objects and slowly walk/look around the room to build with all connecting devices. In larger spaces or with many moving objects, clear spatial mesh data on all devices connecting to the shared experience and reconnect.
Issue: I've connecting a second device but I can't see any holograms.
Cause: Very frequent streaming or very large models.
Solution: Pause any streaming (e.g. tracking components or send meshes components connected to timers). Avoid large models (follow our guide here).
Issue: I'm trying to create a shared experience between HoloLens and mobile but holograms aren't automatically in the same place.
Cause: Anchor synchronization is not supported between Fologram for HoloLens and Fologram for Mobile.
